• Production Manager
  
  Experience: 10 years experience in bridging between R&D environments and production environments, ideally in RF (Microwave Radio Frequency).
  Education: Technologist in electronic. B.A.Sc in telecom / RF is an asset.
  Attitude: Well organized, good leader. A Finisher, not a Starter.
  Special case: Experience in growing-up a production team.
  Office tools: MS-Office, Autocad is an asset.



• Production Technician
  
  Experience: 10 years experience in “mid-volume high-performance”, electronic production line under IPC standard.
  Education: Technician in electronic, Technologist in telecom / RF is an asset.
  Attitude: Hand-on worker, team worker, versatile.
  Special case: micro-controller programming experience.
  Office tools: None

Sub-Contract/Consultant

• PCB Layout Consultant
  
  Experience: Intermediate level experience in a mixture of mid-speed digital and RF frequency.
  Available to work 1 week per month in average.
  Education: Technologist or equivalent.
  Attitude: Capable to work on tight schedule.
  Special case: Experience in layout of RF circuits.
  CAD tools: Orcad.

Foreseen Positions

• Field Service Technician
  
  Experience: 5 years experience in servicing (internal & external) Outdoor Radio Frequencies based products.
  Education: Technologist or equivalent.
  Attitude: Hand work ability, hard worker and enjoy physical outdoor working conditions. Customer oriented.
  Special case: Good English skill. Available for traveling outside Canada.
  Office tools: MS-Office, wireless short range and Internet.
